Sunset Park is a beautiful neighborhood in South Tampa with around 3500 residents according to Wikipedia and several million dollar homes.


If you’re thinking of selling your property in Sunset Park, you might want to factor in land value before you spend money on repairs and updates to an older, smaller home.
