    Do you ever allow someone to go on to the property before a tear down to take out salvageable plants? It just kills me to see the old plants that someone has spent years taking care of get bulldozed away. I would be highly interested in salvaging plants, etc.

      That is actually a great question. Our sellers typically have the right to remove or donate anything that they choose from the property prior to close and even within a few weeks after closing. As long as you have the original owner’s permission and aren’t trying to outrun a bulldozer, my builders are typically fine with removing plants. Now, just to be clear, this doesn’t apply to trees… I don’t think you’re asking that, but I don’t want anyone else to get confused.
