    Hello, I live just north of Kennedy Boulevard, between Lois Avenue and Dale Mabry. I have a pretty good size lot where my house is at. Was wondering what the prices are in my area? Thank you

      Great question… that’s a really interesting area with most of the lots in the Plant School District.

      I have an update almost ready and the recent sales are going to range from 90-160K per lot…. depends on the size, depends on the street.
