Carol always thought… “Where would I go?”
She would get mail from us from time to time… and while the thought of selling her home that was accumulating lots of maintenance issues was attractive she didn’t know where she would ultimately move. That started to change when I sent her some recent sales a few months ago… similar to what you can see at SoldSouthTampaTeardowns.com with this information it made it easier to start looking around at properties in different parts of Hillsborough County.
When she found the perfect home in Valrico she gave us a call to get her Virginia Park property sold to a builder… I’ll let her tell you how it went.
Virginia Park is one of the most popular neighborhoods in South Tampa for teardowns and new construction. If you’re curious about what lots are going for in the neighborhood just follow this link to view recent sales to builders in Virginia Park (South Tampa) We love sharing information like this because it allows us to quickly create fair agreements when people are ready to sell a house to a South Tampa builder and eliminate so much of the hassle of listing and selling a home.
We’re so excited that we were so helpful to Carol and played a role in helping her family make a great move. She is officially part of Family #80 that we have served by helping them sell small houses, lots, and teardowns to builders in South Tampa. In fact, I’m tempted to go back in time and think about how cool it would be to pick up another hockey jersey and start commemorating the families we’ve served just like we did when we hit 100 lots sold earlier this year.
Maybe a jersey from this game… who knows?
(It’s not the white jerseys from when the US beat Russia… the blue ones that they wore when they actually closed the deal for gold against Finland.)
We love closing the deal… if you’re ready to sell your house to a builder in South Tampa, give me a call at 813-784-4199. If I’m tied up helping another family, you can request your offer online at SouthTampaTeardowns.com
