Longtime property owners in the 33629 zip code are probably already aware of all of the new construction activity in neighborhoods like Virginia Park, Palma Ceia, Bel Mar Shores, & Bel Mar Gardens… but it can often be difficult to find out what builders are paying for small homes, lots and teardowns in their neighborhood… unless you’re looking up a single address at a time in the County Tax Records.
I’m Rob Wilson, Director of Dirt at EXIT Bayshore Realty… I’ve helped over 100 families sell property to builders in and around South Tampa. One thing that has helped a number of those sellers was sharing recent sale prices paid in their neighborhood and zip code so they could feel educated and up to date on prices and be able to quickly move forward with an agreement based on the value of the land.
